What are delivery methods, periods and prices ?

We ship in France and internationally. We offer you the best selection of delivery methods available on the market :

- In a relay point with Mondial Relay (Free in France)

- Home delivery with Colissimo (Free from 90€ purchase in France)

- Express delivery with Chronopost (France and international)

Your order is processed as soon as it is registered, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please note that the order confirmation time may be extended during sale days or other commercial promotions days.

How can I change a delivery address after placing an order ?

You can change the delivery address only if your order has not been validated. To make a request, contact customer service via the "Contact us" section or modify your address directly in your account. 

Once the order is being prepared, we will not be able to change your delivery address.

How can I track my order ?

You can track your order by clicking on the link in your "my orders" area or you can follow the link in your shipping email directly.

Can I collect my order at store ?

You can collect your order by click & collect at the showroom as soon as you receive the email confirming the availability of your order. You can pick-up your order on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 am and 6 pm. This service is free of charge whatever the amount of your purchase.

Why haven’t I received my order ?

To track your order, get your tracking number received on your shipping confirmation email or available in your account and inform it on the website of the chosen carrier.
