What are the conditions of return?

If you have a customer account :


To return an item, go to your account, in the "My Orders" section. Access the details of the order you wish to return. In this section, you can select the product(s) concerned and indicate the reason for your return. Following your request, our team will validate your request manually.

Once your return request has been manually validated by our team (validation in working days), you will be able to download and print the return document available in your "my returns" space. It is not a prepaid return slip but an explicit document with the returned products.See the section Are I responsible for return shipping costs to learn more..

You have a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of your package to make your request for return and send us your return. If beyond the 14 days we have no news of your return and no response from you, we will refuse your return and you will not be refunded.


The returned products must be in perfect condition, they must not have been worn or washed. The returned products must be folded carefully and placed in their original packaging with their labels attached  and accompanied by the invoice and return form duly completed to the following address via LAPOSTE WITH SIGNATURE, we do not accept returns via delivery methods in relay point and you will not be refunded:

If you made your order with a guest account we invite you to return your items with the purchase invoice and mention on it the reasons for your return. A guest account corresponds to an order placed without logging in to our e-shop. You cannot make a return request directly even if you create one after your order.

You have a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of your package to notify us of your desire to return an item and send us your return. If beyond the 14 days we have no news of your return and no response from you, we will refuse your return and you will not be refunded.

The returned products must be in perfect condition, they must not have been worn or washed. You can also make a return request by contacting us via the return form of our customer service by indicating the reference of the order, the name and the color of the product to be returned as well as the reason of the return.



What are the mandatory documents?

You must include in your return package your purchase invoice and the return document that you downloaded via the "my returns" section. If you have a guest account, you must include your invoice and circle the product(s) being returned and indicate the reason for your return.



Are exchanges possible?

You cannot exchange your item directly. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different color, we invite you to make a return request via your account under the heading "My Orders" by following the procedure mentioned above and to recreate an order for the item you wish to have instead.



How and when can I get my money back?

Once your return is received, you will be refunded within 30 days of your return request. If certain items are not eligible for our return policy, they will be returned to the original address of the order. We remind you that your invoice and the return document you generated must be included in your return package. If you do not have the possibility to print these documents, you must write us a letter with the reference of your order, your name and your first name mentioning the reason of your return.



How should I pack my return?

After printing your return form, please pack your products to be returned in its original packaging and place your completed form and your invoice inside. The returned products must be in perfect condition, they must not have been worn or washed. The returned products must be carefully folded and placed in their original packaging with their labels attached.





Are the shipping costs of my order refunded after a return?

Shipping costs are not refunded to you if you return all or part of your order. Shipping costs remain your responsibility except in the event of an error on our part or if the product contains a defect.



Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

The return shipping costs remain at your charge and will not be refunded. If your order contains an error or if the product has a defect, we invite you to contact us and follow the steps indicated below.



What do I do if my received product has a defect or if I received the wrong item?

Contact the customer service via the "Contact us" section. We invite you to send us directly a picture of the defect. After receiving your email and verification, we will send you a prepaid return label. You must indicate if you want a refund or the product on the return document that you will have previously made on your account. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the amount of the item. If there is no indication, we will proceed with the refund.
