How to return an order ?

To return pieces from your order, access to your account and to “Your orders” section. Check details of your order and select product(s) you want to return. You must add a return reason and validate your demand. Then, you will receive an email from us validating your demand.

You can also ask for a return from our Contact us form.

You have 14 days within the day you receive your order to make a return. Then you’ll have 14 more days to send your order.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, they must not have been worn or washed. Products must be placed in their original packaging accompanied by the duly completed return form to the following address:

Are exchanges possible ?

You cannot directly exchange your item. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or a different color, we invite you to make a return request via your account under “My orders” and to recreate an order for the piece you wish to have instead.

How and within what time can I be reimbursed?

Once your return has been validated, you will be refunded within 30 days of your return request. If certain items are not eligible for our return policy, then they will be returned to the original order address.

How should I prepare my return?

Please pack your products to be returned in their original packaging and place your completed form there.

Are shipping costs refunded following a return?

Only returned products are refunded to you.

Are return costs prepaid?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. 

What should I do if a product received has a defect? 

Contact customer service via the “Contact us” form. We will tell you the steps to follow to make a return. After receipt and verification, we will send you a compliant product. In case of out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item.
