What are the conditions of return?
To return an item to us, go to your account, in the "My Orders" section. Access the details of the order you wish to return. In this section, you can select the product(s) concerned and indicate the reason for your return. Following your request, our team will validate your request.
You can also make a return request by contacting us via our customer service return form.
You have a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of your parcel to make your return request and send us your return. If after 14 days we have no news of your return and no response from you, we will refuse your return.
The returned products must be in perfect condition, they must not have been worn or washed. The returned products must be placed in their original packaging with their labels attached and the return form duly completed at the following address :

Returns of orders made with click and collect should also be sent to this address.
Are exchanges possible?
You cannot directly exchange your item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different colour, we invite you to make a return request via your account under "My Orders" and recreate an order for the item you wish to have instead.
How and when can I get a refund?
Once your return has been validated, you will be reimbursed within 30 days of your return request. If certain items are not eligible for our return policy, then they will be returned to the original address of the order.
How do I package my return?
After you have printed out your returns form, please pack your products to be returned in their original packaging and place your completed form and invoice on it.
Are the shipping costs of my order refunded following a return?
Yes, the shipping costs will be refunded if you return your order in full.
No, the shipping costs will not be refunded if you return part of your order.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?
You are responsible for the return costs.
What should I do if there is a defect in the product I received?
Contact customer service via the "Contact us" section. We will tell you the steps to follow to make a return.
After receipt and verification, we will contact you to find out whether you want a refund or the product provided it is available.
In the event that the item is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item.
