What are the return conditions?

To return an item(s), go to your account in the "My orders" section.

Go to the details of the order you wish to return. In this section, you can select the product(s) concerned and indicate the reason for your return.

Following your order, our team will manually validate your request.

Once your return request has been manually validated by our team (validation within one working day), we will send you a return label by e-mail (for France).

You have a period of 14 days from the day following receipt of your parcel to make your return request and send us your return. If after 14 days we have no news of your return and no response from you, we will refuse your return and you will not be reimbursed.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, neither worn nor washed. Returned products must be carefully folded and placed in their original packaging with their labels attached, accompanied by the invoice and return form.

A return label will be sent to you by e-mail for orders in France that do not include sale items.

For orders outside France and containing one or more items on sale, the return must be sent to the following address:

What documents are required?

You must include your purchase invoice in your return package.

Are exchanges possible?

You cannot exchange your item directly. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different color, we invite you to make a return request via your account under "My orders" following the procedure mentioned above and to recreate an order for the item you wish to have instead.

How and when can I get my money back?

Once your return has been received, you will be refunded within 30 days of your return request. If certain items are not eligible for our return policy, they will be returned to the original order address. We remind you that your invoice and the returns document you generated must be included in your return package. If you are unable to print these documents, please write us a letter stating your order reference, first and last name and the reason for your return.

How should I pack my return?

Once you have printed out your returns form, please pack the products to be returned in their original packaging and enclose your completed form and invoice. Returned products must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed. Returned products must be carefully folded and placed in their original packaging with their labels attached. 

Are the shipping costs of my order reimbursed following a return?

Shipping costs are not refunded if you return all or part of your order. Shipping costs remain at your expense except in the event of an error on our part or if the product is defective. 

Do I have to pay for returns?

You are responsible for return shipping costs for orders outside France and/or for items on sale. If your order contains an error or if the product is defective, please contact us.

Orders from France containing unsold items are eligible for free returns.

What should I do if my product has a defect or if I have received the wrong item?

Contact customer service via the "Contact us" section. We invite you to send us a photo of the defect directly. Once we have received your email and verified the defect, we will send you a prepaid return label. You must indicate whether you would like a refund or the product on the return document that you will have previously made on your account. In the event of stock shortage, we will refund the amount of the item. If there is no indication, we will proceed with the refund.
