How does it work?

The Les Égéries loyalty program lets you earn points with every purchase and enjoy exclusive benefits.

Point Validation

To ensure a fair experience for everyone, points are not credited immediately.

Points will be added to your account14 days after you place your order, provided that no returns have been made.

In the event of a return, the corresponding points will be canceled.

Articles of Incorporation

Depending on your point total, you'll be assigned different statuses:

• Initiée
• Iconic
• Muse

Each membership level gives you access to exclusive benefits.

Validity of Points

Your points are valid for:

12 rolling months from the date of their approval

After this period, they automatically expire.

Changes in Status

Your status changes based on your points.

If your balance decreases (particularly if it expires), your status may be adjusted.

Good to Know

• Points are personal and non-transferable
• They cannot be exchanged for money
• An’ge reserves the right to change the program at any time
