Cancellation and Return Policy

In accordance with Order No. 2026-2 of January 5, 2026

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the last item in your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or incur any costs other than those specified below.

This 14-day period applies to the submission of your notice of withdrawal. Once you have submitted this notice, you have an additional 14 days to physically return the relevant item(s) to us (Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code).

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Before shipment: Go to your account, select "My Orders," and choose "Cancel Order." The cancellation is immediate and free of charge.

After shipment: In accordance with regulations in effect since June 19, 2026, a dedicated “Return Request” feature is available directly from the “My Orders” section of your customer account throughout the entire withdrawal period. This feature allows you to:

        Select the applicable item(s) and the reason for the return;

        confirm your decision by clicking the “Confirm Return Request” button;

        receive an immediate and automatic electronic acknowledgment of receipt.

If you are unable to print the invoice, you can include a letter with your package that lists your order number, your first and last name, and the reason for your return.

3. Return Label

Upon receipt of your return request, a prepaid return label will be automatically sent to you by email for orders shipped to France that do not include any sale items.

For orders outside France or that include a sale item, returns must be sent, at your own expense, to the following address:

4. Return Policy and Packaging

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed, neatly folded, and placed in their original packaging with the tags still attached. This requirement is intended solely to allow us to verify the condition of the item and does not prevent you from exercising your right of withdrawal if you have simply tried on the item, as you would have done in a store.

Your purchase receipt must be included in the package.

5. Refund

The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which we are notified of your decision to cancel.

If an item does not meet the return conditions described in Section 4, we will notify you in writing, specifying the reason, and the item will be returned to you at the original shipping address rather than refunded. No refusal of a refund will be automatically applied if we do not respond within a specified timeframe: in the event of any difficulty, your right to a refund remains guaranteed provided that the cancellation was notified within the required timeframe and the item was returned to us or proof of shipment was provided.

6. Return and Shipping Costs

        The original shipping costs are not refundable in the event of a full or partial return of the order, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.

        You are responsible for return shipping costs for orders outside of France and/or that include one or more sale items, as you are informed before completing your purchase.

        We will cover the return shipping costs if the error is on our part or if the product is defective.

7. Exchange

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at serviceclient@angefashion.com. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired product.

8. Defective Product or Delivery Error

Contact our customer service team through the “Contact Us” section and attach a photo of the defect you found. After verification, we will send you a prepaid return label. Please indicate your preference (refund or replacement) when submitting your return request through your customer account. If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, or if you do not specify a preference, we will issue a refund for the item.
